OK , many thanks for the help already received, but I still have a problem with my sons Lap Top, with much help from this forum we're still left with "Snap Dog " problem, my question is IF I purchase the latest Norton and run it in safe mode is it likely to get rid of it?

Gee the veno must have been strong last night , I didn't realiase that I'd doubled up! I'll check that out Shaun thanks.
