Sorry pp I have no idea but my daughter's Samsung won't stay connected to any wifi for very long. Just keeps disconnecting and she can't watch Stan or Netflix as a result however I can with an iphone with the same wifi. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell.

Very strange.

PS I can only think of it takes control of all frequency ranges to to stay connected?
Just a thought.

Possibility that the IP address of the phone is conflicting with another computer, laptop or wireless printer. That will cause failure of your modem to manage the other devices.

Discovered a Samsung help desk at Westfield shopping malls. They fix all my tablet issues. And it's free.

No, not in WA.
Don't quote me, but Westfield are , or were a major shopping mallers.
In some of those malls there are I.T. help desks, actual humans face to face. I take my phone and tablet to them and it gets sorted for free.
If it's Apple, ya find the Apple help desk, and so on.

In S.A. it's Westfield T.T.Plaza for Samsung

Better than offshore call centres.

I don't know how far you are from this store in W.A. Partypooper, but there's a Samsung service centre in Westfield Carousel Cannington/Perth, WA
