I have been watching this site for quite a while and only just enrolled. After reading this post, I wonder if I have done the wrong thing. I am not used to doing cryptic crosswords and for the life of me I cannot understand this post. If I have missed something please forgive me. If I have not missed anything please let me know what this guy is on and I will have some of it.....

So far today I've had 4 bets for 3 wins and return of 6.5. Yeah they are short but they are winners. Should have been 4 wins but the jockey slaughtered the nag in a small field. 1 bet to go, but wont bother, $1250 is a good days wages.
I dont know what you mean by spammed email from Darkie. I've corresponded with him a few times and it has actually been good conversation.
I dont want to get into a bunfight but fair dinkum DOC you seem to have one huge chip on your shoulder.

Well let me spell this out just for you Kenchar.

There are posters that have freely offerred and published systems on this forum. You might imagine a little iritation is generated when the system selections FROM YOUR OWN SYSTEM are offerred back to you for a monthly subscription fee in the order of $50.

Is that clear enough? As for chips, is that a PPM boulder I see you carrying around on your shoulder?

No thats not a boulder just my head.
If it is as you say your system you were a bit slow werent you, because if it was me I would have marketed it because I knew it worked and looks like it will stand up so I would not be ripping anyone off.
Just think what you missed out on, lets say he gets only 200 subscribers thats $11000 a month, not bad punting money, but what if he gets more?????
I dont think there is anything wrong with people selling a selection service as long as they are straight and the service has a reasonable chance of success.
What I object to is those other evil b****** preying on the little bloke with wild claims to get them hooked.
I paid a lot of money to join propun high flyers and so far am well ahead , their info makes a lot of sense. You cant back everything that is supplied but you find your own little niche and stick to it.
To be honest though I dont think it is your system that is being marketed. Just out of curiosity how long ago did you discover it and what is it based on.

My job as I see it is only to pass on top quality info to the battling punter out there.I see no crime in that.

You might recall we have spoken previously over the telephone (ballroom dancing) so I have no reason to believe that you are anything but the real deal. Let me outline the present problem.

After exchanging emails with you in good faith I did not expect to be subsequently solicited to subscribe ($50 per month) to receive selections of systems that are already posted on the Forum for gratis. I know that in at least one instance you neither had, nor sought, permission from the system creator to on-sell his system selections.

The situation is further exacerbated by the fact that you have published your entire email addy list to all and sundry out there in cyber space. God knows how many (or what sort of) people have now got the entire list.

I feel you have breached the good faith on which we first made contact, and furthermore, you have potentially compromised the privacy and security of my personal email addy, the ramifications of which only time can now tell.

Looking forward to your timely response.

FIRST I WANT TO MAKE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR THAT I HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH THE SELECTION SERVICE THAT I PUT THE BATTLERS ON TO.
IN REGARD TO THE SECOND MATTER I WAS INUNDATED BY LETTERS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAD NEITHER THE TIME OR IN SOME CASES THE EXPERTISE TO DO THE SYSTEM SELECTIONS PROPERLY AND ASKED ME IF WOULD I HELP THEM OUT.I WAS HAPPY TO DO THAT BUT AS I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT IT WOULD TAKE ME SOME HOURS TO DO SO A SMALL FEE WAS ASKED.
AS TO THE INDIVIDUAL SYSTEM RULES.AT NO TIME WERE THEY EVER DIVULGED TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO DIDNT HAVE THEM.AND IN ANY CASE MOST JUST WANTED A SELECTION OR TWO.
AFTER A COMPLAINT FROM ONE SYSTEM SELLER I WITHDREW THOSE SYSTEMS AS A MATTER OF PROFFESSIONAL COURTESY.
AND YES I AM THE REAL DEAL.
I HAVE A TOP CLASS REPUTATION OUT THERE AMONG THE BATTLERS AND I WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING TO JEOPARDIZE THAT.
LETS PUT THIS THING DOWN TO A MISUNDERSTANDING AND MOVE ON.
