There were six selections yesterday due to a late scratching. Five placed, including two winners.
Today's only selection is:
Wyong R7 no. 4 - Blazing Inferno.
Wyong R4 no. 6 is almost a qualifier. I'm looking at these which to date have performed well, but the samples are too few to yet bet with any confidence.

Wyong Race 1 Number 10 Touched In Flight.
My friend has part ownership in this horse and Lee Curtis and connections are very confident. 2YOs plus their first start is always a risk but I am confident it will put in a very good run. I see it's the early favourite for the race, maybe I have told too many people already! Hope it wins for us.
Cheers

Thanks for the tip Shoein. Unfortunately, I was too stupid to take advantage.
When I first looked at the odds, Touched In Flight was showing about $2.30 and I was going to leave it alone at those odds. Then I looked again just before the race and the odds were much more inviting, but Terry Bailey mentioned there was a big go on Teleprint on track and it was odds on. All that did was confuse me and I ended up leaving the race alone.
It was a good win. Looks like a handy horse.

Sorry to hear that sportznut, I was in much the same boat when I first saw the shortish odds about 1 hour before the race. But when I walked up to the TAB 5 minutes before the race the odds were much more inviting.
Was a solid win, hit the line well. Obviously my mate and connections are over the moon. Maybe soon in the future it will meet my horse Maxies Wizard in a showdown, if Maxies Wizard is still out there somewhere, havent heard much from Rogerson!
Cheers

Don't worry. It's my oy own stupid fault. I should have just had a small bet at least. Anyway, thanks for the tip.

Sportz,
You listened to the experts again didn't you???
As far as coming over sky that a horse is being heavily backed I'll say it again and again there wouldn't be 20% of them that win.
When one wins they always comment " We told you so " but when they don't salute very rarely is there any comment.
I have made the comment in various previous posts that if it comes over sky that my selection is being heavily backed then I skip the race.
Some win but I am quids in front by adopting this tactic.
Oh and by the way thanks for today

Hi, ShoeIn.
Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately I returned to my posting mid-afternoon and consequently missed it.
Hope you had a good win.
Michael.
