This poor yank will have to go it alone today(my eve) with the Oz ratings, etc. I think I have played Pakenham and Bathurst before.

Should anyone have a bone or two to throw my way, please do. I have found there are some very good handicappers here.

I don't know what's going on today. There are no ratings at all on the Unitab website at the moment. Damn. I like to use them!

There are ratings on the Tabcorp site. I might have to look at them today instead:

Where do I find Unitab ratings? Thanks.

Hi Glenn,

I think you've seen these ratings before. Simply go here:
http://www.tabonline.com.au/default.stm

Then click on 'Racing', go to the race you want and the ratings out of 100 are on the right side of the screen. They're certainly not perfect, but I find them a help with my betting.

Sure, Sportz, I look at it daily since you turned me on to it. I thought you might have been mentioning a different one. They abandoned racing after the 2nd at Pakenham, bad weather. Thanks for your help. Cheers, I raise my glass of fine (Crown Royal) Canadian whiskey to all you fine gents here.

Regards,

Glenn

Pity about them calling Pakenham off after race 2. I was going to tip you the last 7 winners!

Glenn, have you been winning on the Aussie races lately?. I think if you stick to the Unitab site and also the excellent australianracing.com site, you shouldn't go far wrong.

Yes, I have been winning. The power ratings at Australianracing.com have been very hot lately, and were red hot Sunday. (my Sat night) I appreciate all of my new friends here and all the kindness and assistance.
Have a good one.

Glenn,
If you are still betting Bathurst, it's raining heavy and the track has been downgraded. Take care.

Thanks, mate. I am still betting it, but just a token bet in a 2 year old race with no real idea who can win. I took the 3 and 7 horses to win in the 5th.

Regards,

Glenn

Yes, I see they have downgraded the track condition to "dead". I guess I may as well have a nightcap and go to bed.

Oh well, perhaps you should have stuck to the ratings, Glenn??? Frenchmans Cap was top-rated on both Unitab AND australianracing.com. So was the previous Bathurst winner too.

Probably, and I cashed the 4th. I am up a little tonight. Just trying to beat the "chalk".

Bathurst track now downgraded again to 'Slow'. If you are slightly in front, maybe you should just leave it at that.

Good advice, for sure, but I already bet the 7th. We nearly have a chatroom going here tonight on this message board. Let's see how I fare in the 7. Later.
