So damn frustrating not being able to post a site that can help punters sometimes get an edge.

See if you can work this out SPORTHEAD, get rid of the HEAD and add ODDS.

That's what I thought --- and what I meant by my dots. Thanks. I actually thought they did advertise here.

But the other part of the question --- are the odds for the place with them fixed at the time you place your money on? I just presumed they act like the others and have a starting price that could bear little or no resemblance to the price when you confirmed the bet. :???:

The prices are fixed, whatever you place your bet at is what you get.

It is only on gallops though, not trots or dogs.

A good example yesterday I bet a place at $3 and it actually came in on the site to $2.6 but I was paid at $3.

Sometimes (like the tab) it goes the other way after you place your bet but this is the ups and downs we have to face anywhere.

At least when you place your bet you know exactly what your return is.

Every bet placed sends an automatic email to you so there can be no dispute on the price.

Great to know, Kenchar. Thanks for that. It certainly can make a lot of difference. Pity it does not work with the dogs --- it is horrific the way that those dogs divs. change. It is, as you indicated, basically because the pools are so small, I guess.

Actually we may be a bit over-sensitive about using SO's name. Many times IAS is mentioned without any sort of response from 'Management'!
