does anyone factor this into their workouts.
strange question?
i used to work in an area that used to induce its own overtime and penalty rates.
e.g. 20 people slow down and incurr extra pay a couple think they can finish on time as work is done but due to convention all must toe the line.
the possibility/probability of this being a feature of racing is a risk.
caveat emptor.
