Good job with the multiple at Ballarat race 4, Sportz. It's the only track I get tonight, and only the 1st 7 races. Thanks.

Glenn

Thanks Glenn. It was a nice quinella and trifecta on that race.

I hope you can find a winner at Ballarat today. It looks pretty hard especially with the Heavy track. By the way, in Race 6 there, I like 1 from 4, 2 and 3. I don't think you'll get any fancy odds on those horses though.

A VERY nice tri, paying over $600.(on a $1 ticket) I only had the quinella, but the $2 quinella paid $46. I appreciate those who work so hard to pick these races. I agree on the 6th, and boxed a 1,2,4 trifecta like I always do when my prime 3 pickers have only those 3 horses. We'll see in about 10 minutes. Thanks, and good luck.

Glenn

Missed the tri, but had the quinella. It repays the cost of all my bets. God, I love Australian racing!. Or more likely, love beating out my fellow countrymen, since we have our own betting pool. If they read these pages, they too, could win. I hope they never find it. HAHA.

Hi, Glenn.

Does your Tab or whatever accept bets from Oz? That tri you mentioned as paying over $600 paid $350.90, $390.80, and $346.20 on our three TABs. I think we will have to start things going the other way

I don't know whether it would work for you or not. We aren't allowed to make on-line bets at tracks within our own state. Just try to signup at youbet.com, I suppose. My guess is, it's not allowed, and our dividends are higher because we are dumb Americans, most not good at handicapping Aussie races. That $600 is in USD also. I hope to improve my understanding, and this forum, and the fine folks here have been wonderful in helping me work myself toward that goal

Regards,

Glenn

A good result on Port Macquarie Race 7. The First4 paid $1996 up here.

Interesting site, Glenn. It does say that you have to be a citizen of the U.S. of A.. Boy oh boy, you guys sure do love those social security numbers!!

Oh well, it is illegal over here to bet offshore, I think. Not saying it isn't done, of course.

Incidentally, they do say that racing is done over here on grass tracks. While this is by and large true, there are a few country tracks where the surface is not grass. Regards.
