Gee Oaksenuf.
When I buy exactas and stuff,I usually only bet like half a unit.Because they normally pay good even for 50 cents.

yeh I prefer exotics over straight out bets in greyhound cause as you said they pay nice divis. SO if its wins I will be smiling. But too make a small fortune in gambling first start with a big one.

Yes AWESOME MUSIC had a great win at shep 24.51 which was music to my ears. But its a tough field with Warrior Boy who is nominated for the sharpshooters sprint. Hope you bet comes off

Thanks Oaksnuf.
I had $2000 in my account after the AFL footy season.
I have now lost $400 on greyhounds since then.
That's betting in 50 and 60 dollars straight out.
Wish footy was back!

Ahh well moeee find some value tonight

Its been interesting to watch the market in the greyhounds. I compare the odds of the favourite to the rest of the field except the lowest two odds.

Within the last 5 minutes the favourite usually firms in. But look at a value runner for example Cranbourne Race 9 #1 was a late firmer with the favourite #6 drifting 10c.

That is clearly only one example of many. But it is interesting to note that some late firmers with value have got up and beaten the favourite.
