The badger is probably a good judge. The secondmortgage creamed them at Werribee and it seemed the jock didn't even think of letting him go.. Heaps and heaps of potential..

Potential Winners this carnival;
1. Tigers Eye - did well last year, heard a few things before its last spell and apparently came out okay.
2. Runs On Ego - Won a race already and a second looks pretty good.
My roughie;
Ottoman - Im not sure where it will be this spring but last year he looked fantastic and i know it has come off its spell already.

Party Boy : This is the roughie that I took for the Caulfield Cup so I have my finger's crossed.

For what it's worth here are my two.
Northerly
Native Jazz
I am also tipping Northerly to beat Sunline tomorrow. Could have egg on my face!!
1. Northerly has set two track records in Melbourne.
2. Big plus - Oliver rides.
3. If it is a close finish I'd back Oliver over Childs.
4. I have a nagging feeling Sunline is not quite as good as she was. Her last win was nothing special.
5. Northerly will improve many kilos on his last run in WA when he carried 62kg. and had a different jockey to Oliver.

Thankyou Mr. Logic. The girls had a bit of fun backing Northerly. You made so much sense with what you wrote I have copied it here.

You were spot on Mr. Logic.
I do not think I have given my two horses for the Spring.
I like Lonhro after that wonderful win on Saturday and Ugachaka might do very well in some of the longer races. I think Lee Freedman is a very good trainer.

Keep up the good work boys and girls. Between the lot of us we trifectad the underwood, I gave the tip for the Naturalism, Inaflurry. We are building a handy stable here don't you think.
