I like South Africa $3.25 Vs England $2.75 particularily after S.A's A side beat England in the only warm up game of their tour.

Of course,

Australia $1.33 Vs Pakistan $8.00

Mathew Hayden usually scores well at the WACCA and is priced at $4.25 to be our highest run scorer in our first innings, even though his form has been a little ordinary this summer. Langer who is good form is quoted at $5.00 , hmmmmmmmm. Clarke $6.00 to score a ton, thats pretty sweet.

McGrath, Gillespie and Warne all $4.50 to take the most wickets in the match. With B. Lee $9.00 (will he play), I thought McGrath would have been at shorter odds than the rest of the bowlers.

Just a few things to consider.

Come On Aussie Come On..... :D

And go S.A.

Australia's struggling a bit at the moment. I don't like the look of it.

What a terrible shot from Lehmann.

...and Ponting earlier as well.

My god WTF is with Hayden, Ponting, Martyn and Lehmann this summer????

Langer at $5.00 is looking good for top Aussie first Innings, although Gilly at $9.00 has come in early enough in the innings to possible out do him.

Some pretty ordinary cricket from the Aussies this morning. :(

Having said that I have seen the Australian team clean up after an ordinary start to the day before. I'll wait to see what their odds blow out to tomorrow and depending on that and the Aussies position at the end of the day. I will more than likely multi the Aussies up with South Africa at $3.25 Vs England.

Australia 220/5

Langer 100* (166)
Gilchrist 64* (64)

And thats Tea folks.

The way these two are batting we may not get much of a blowout in the odds at the end of the day, especially if we are still batting.

Thank goodness Gilly is an Aussie. How must opposition teams feel when he walks out at 7.

Spoke too soon. Anyway, Gilchrist and Langer have at least put us in a competitive position now.

At least Langer is a certainty for our top 1st innings run scorer at $5.00. Unless McGrath can top him. ;)

Gilly you needed to hang around man. :(

After scoring 140 in our 2nd session, I thought we where a good chance of continuing it on in the 3rd session.

Warnie's gone. Wont be long before the Paki's are having a bat. At least we will be able to see tonight if the pitch is a true bowlers wicket.

Would have liked to see Brett Lee bowl on this pitch, but even so, I think our bowlers should still do okay.

Yeah I would have loved to see Brett Lee rip some out on the WACCA too... Still the attack we have can do the job.

You guys continue to under-rate England I see.

Best value of the week:

I wonder if anyone got on Australia when they were 5-78??? Not sure what their odds were, but they would have been pretty inviting I think. I got on them at $2 on the 2nd day and even that was pretty good value I reckon. Once Langer and Gilchrist steadied the ship on the first day, I always thought they'd have too much for the Pakistani batsmen.
