Place Betting question

I was wondering iff anyone had or know about a good staking or money management plan for place betting please .....

not a parlay system please...

I remember on the old forum that Sportznut (as he was known then) put up a system that produced 23 placegetters in a row! Not sure of the exact rules, but i think it is: Using pre-post prices, take the favourite if it is from the EXTREME outside barrier e.g 16 of 16, NOT 13 of 15, Not sure of the other filters etc, but still a very good idea.
