If I'm not mistaken you are referring to the free newsletter provided by propunter.com.au. They are released weekly to the mailing list and should hopefully start being entered into the newsletter forum that has only recently been created.

I'd love to just put you on there but due to the issues relating to spam I think it would be best if you did it yourself.

You can either visit http://www.propun.com.au/horse_betting_info.html or start checking the newsletter forum (http://forums.ozmium.com.au/forumdisplay.php?f=38). The newsletter comes out on Wednesday's usually with more details on Saturday.
