Birdsville races

Moderators this is not a commercial trip just that i go every year and organise a bus from Sunshine coast and just charge enough to cover costs.
We are leaving this year on 29/8 and returning 6/9 trip includes motel accomadation at Charleville both ways and overnight tent accomadation at Coopers creek and tent accommadation at birdsville and also included are most meals and souvenier shirt total cost is $560.

For those who dont know it is the biggest fundraiser for the flying doctor and is an Australian icon which is in danger of dying out going by the drop off in attendance the last few years

Final payment is about 2 weeks before trip departs but deposit is taken when the minium number of 18 is gathered.
Didnt say that the numbers on coach are limited so all can have double seat if required so we close off at about 26.

Caloundra trip actually leaves from Gympie then Mooloolaba via coroy and thru Caloundra landsbourgh and beerwah.

Have had a pretty good response so i would say the trip is going to be a sell out as we only take between 25 to max 30.
