Advice Required Please

I have been trying to include a text attachment in a post but for some reason I am not succeeding - can someone please advise ?

I managed to UPLOAD the file twice but right then I click and click on
'Close this window' but no luck, it won't close - I need to know how I would get past that point ?

Then, as the file is already Uploaded somewhere, how do I now recover it and include in a post ?

i know there is a limit to the size of file to upload....i had trouble with a 2 page word document....think it is about 25k is the max

19K is limit as I need to post to Nick a 24K Doc and would lwet me, told me 19K limit. Pretty small limit so I needed to ZIP 24 k to make it fit, scungey I think, but at last I suppose we can upload hey?

I just uploaded a 56K zip file and I'm assuming it worked.
