Top Fluctuations Betting

Does anyone have some advice for me re Top Fluctuations Betting?
I have been betting exclusively online with IASbet.com, but in my search for even better value I'm toying with the idea of phone betting at Top Fluctuations.

I'm thinking that this option may be best for shorter price runners rather than longshots.

Could anyone with experience with this type of betting give me a few pointers?

Spot on Cuz, horses say less then $5.00 generally are much better @ Top Flux, then tote. Roughies however tend to pay better on the tote, a combination of the two works well for me.
