Need help with program

Hi guys...just wondering if someone can explain how to operate the "UP and DOWN in distance for price prodictor. I have tryed everything and double checked the form guides, but I don't get the distances that I input. I have it set for...say...100 metres up and zero metres down, but when I check the horse form manualy I get a number of horses not to that setting that I input. Can someone explain how to input the distances correctly, because I must be doing something rong. Thanks guys.

P.S: I have the basic price prodictor program.
