I'm with you william with regards to the chances of the McEvoy trained Lifelong Dream.

Doesn’t look an overly strong field and this Jeune mare has some very good previous Melbourne form. Was not a bad run first-up at Oakbank last month and the extra distance is in her favour.

Thorns would be some sort of chance if he starts.
Hasn't got a great strike but on his day be capable of beating the majority of these.

Tormentus on the limit could be good EW value
Been thereabouts recent starts and not a bad effort behind Fiery Dee over 1900 at Oakbank last start

got the winner but made a lot more on the 3rd place :)
Dua Awali normally does best on slowish track but was still way over the odds yesterday
was more than happy to load-up for the place
just like backing a 20/1 winner only I had 3 chances to collect :D
