(6) MESSIAEN broke the track record winning 1200m sprint Toowoomba April 2nd, which completed a hat trick of wins. Drawn very wide but might still show up.

(19) KIND SPIRITS last win was at Toowoomba over this distance back in Dec. Last start was an eye catching 4th behind Proudly Agro over 1200m at Eagle Farm March 26th. Loves this course and distance.

(4) CELTIC TRIAL trained at Toowoomba and has looked good in longer races recently. Although these might be too nippy for him early, should be getting home late and could surprise.

With plenty of speed on i think Power Hunt can get over the top of them. Don't like Rich Megadale at all, good win against a weak field last time and a 3yo filly up against some quality older males here, and in many cases carrying the same weight as them, will be laying to place, i think i'll only have to put up around $2.50 but i've been known to be wrong b4.
