O.K.
Due to their being so many upsets I have come up with a new system for picking winners and margins
In one hat I have all the team names and in other I have eight pieces of paper ,4 with 1-39 and 4 with 40+ on them
Simply pick out one piece of paper from each hat and it will give you the winner and margin
E.G.
If you pick the Dees out before the swans well the Dees are the selection

RESULTS
Geelong 40+
Western Bulldogs 40+
West Coast 40+
St Kilda 40+
Hawthorn 1-39
Melbourne 1-39
Collingwood 1-39
Fremantle 1-39

Now some of these are outrageous but thats whats been happening all year
Cheers

Rabbitz,

You could simply have one hat with 8 'Home' and 8 'Away' in it and another one with 8 "1-39' and 8 '40+' in it.

Hey, did you work out the profit/loss situation if you had a $1 on each of your wife's football selections on the weekend?

Might wanna re-assess the Crows game ;)

The Bulldogs will be in for a right old thumping.

These are just random choices, you may agree or disagree.I know that one looks very dodgy but so did a couple of games in the last few weeks

Rabbitz,

I just worked it out. Basically, she would have got back about $19.50 from $20. So a loss of just $0.50. I think most of us would have struggled to do any better than that. Despite picking 1 more winner, I would have only got back a lousy $15.90. :o

Do you beleive that half of the games will result in less than 40 points and half over?
You should put 8 pieces of paper with each margin.....

That's what I thought too.

Well it would make sense that if it is to be left to random, may as well leave it completely random....
