I am sick of having to go work on Melbourne Cup day. I have decided to do something about it. I have started a petition to make it a public holiday and when we get 10000 signatures I am going to send it to the Federal and all the state governments (excl Victoria) of Australia.

I for one have upset people by having the day off anyway, australias biggest horse race deserves a holiday!
