I have a multi going with Melbourne in the last leg paying $2.96
I have saved on Collingwood at $2.90
Do you think it was wise?
Cheers

If you've guaranteed yourself a handy little profit, then yes. Although I'm sure a lot of other punters will say no.

I'm always a very conservative punter when it comes to things like this. 2 good recent examples: In the Super12, I backed the Crusaders early on at $4 and when it got to the final, I thought they were certainties against NSW, but I still had a saver. Similarly, I backed Nadal early on in the French Open at $3.75 and when he beat Federer, I was certain he would win the final, but I still had a saver on Puerta. So, in both of those examples, I lost a bit of my profit by taking a saver, but I tell you it certainly makes watching the game a lot less stressful. And several times in the past, the saver has got up to win and left me very relieved that I had been so cautious.

Well earlier you didn't rate Collingwood as a chance. So why change your mind now?
But like Sportz said,It certainly makes watching the game less stressful.

the multi i had started on wednesday afternoon and finished yesterday
it would have been a shame to miss it.Collingwood were good for a 1/2 but thats it,anyway it was less stressful.I wonder if half the reason we punt is to bring some stress into our lives
cheers
P.s. What were your combos on the Quad

I apologise.
I lied.
Well,everyone else seems to!
Pretty poor excuse,I know.
I just didn't think anybody would actually believe me!
