I agree Chuck, this system could still have legs. I think a major rule flaw though was the 'up to 10 starts'. Any horse that hasn't won it's maiden within 10 starts isn't getting my money as they have developed consistent form ... losing!
I think if the No. of starts was reduced to 5, the system would have less starters [needed] and better potential [?] |
