If there is anyone that hasn't joined in the comp yet and would like to have a go, please do. Simply choose up to 6 horses from the above list, making sure you don't spend more than $1,000,000.

And remember, the first person to choose a particular horse gets the horse. If two people post the same horse at the same time, the one whose post appears first, takes precedence.

Goldmember and crash are two people who've said they'd have a go. Would love to see them join in, and some others if possible. Otherwise, it looks like some good horses could remain unclaimed.

I know it’s in retrospect sportz but did you consider that some forumites don’t have a PC at home & rely on their work PC to visit / contribute to this site or for other reasons don’t visit this site on a Sunday (eg. Sunday is a ‘religious’ day for some)

Im pretty sure sportz asked everyone when a good time would be and it was decided a while ago with plenty of notice when the auction would be finishing. Why didnt you put in your maximum bids last week when you were on your computer?

Yes, I asked a couple of times for people to tell me if there was a certain time or day when they couldn't use the computer, but I didn't really get a response. So, I had to make a decision on my own.

I honestly thought that Sunday night and Monday night would be the two fairest times to do most of the selecting. And I also had to take into account 4 different time zones as well. All things considered, I think it worked out okay. In all, we had about 9 or 10 people on the forum last night for the auction, and I certainly don't think we could have managed that at another time.

Robbo was another one who put a couple of bids in, but hasn't managed to get a horse so far.

Please join in tonight or tomorrow, Robbo. There are still a stack of good horses left.

Was not in a position to access the forum last night Sportz :( Was really keen on Bentley Biscuit / Miss Andretti. Should have made my last bids higher :rolleyes: I'll study what's left & perhaps have another attempt later.
