Exactly. The way she ran today is the way that most punters would have expected her to.

Would be a tad strange. Having to inform punters that the horse is going to be ridden exactly how they think she's going to be ridden. ;)

Think you guys,as experienced punters, are missing the boat here(somewhat).

It was blatantly obvious (even to blind freddy)that the horse "bolted"on Craig last time out,and there was nothing he could do about it,except ************ hang on and steer!!

Something must have spooked her before they jumped last time,as we all know, she does not normally behave or race like that.

David Hayes, although extremely P....d off, must have realized that, hence Williams retained the ride.I doubt that Hawkes would have the same amount of tolerance given the same scenario.

Look what Freedman did to Jim Byrne after Spheno's unlucky run.

And what did he want to do to Nikolic with Mummify a few years back?

And who does he call on now to replace Jimbo?

Ah what a fickle game is racing.

I hope Jimbo craps in his face by beating him home, but IMO neither Spheno/Ice C. can win anyway.

Perfect Cups Horse

Post4,

I hope that fellow forumites benefited from my advice in post 4 when I nominated Tawqeet as a perfect cups horse.....and didn't he prove this to be correct by winning the Caulfield Cup paying $19.0w $5.2plNSW).
The big question is....can this horse go one better and win the Melbourne Cup?

Cheers.
