Bummer SpringJoker.
You really need to learn to protect your Bank.

When you say you put the lot, is that the lot like when you are going well, or does "the lot" usually mean when your Bank went down to say $50 , and you say "well I might as well put the lot on"?

My punting Guru. Anyone who hasn't had to top up there punting account in over 2 years must be doing something right.

Not betting tonight myself but I'll post some of springjoker's place tips around the nation tonight. My betting will start tomorrow in race 1 at Gawler - Goosebumps looks to have the class edge on that field.

I caught up with Darren , SpringJoker.
I invited him to this Forum.
Hopefully the gang can get together again for some useful fun nights , especially with the cold weather coming up.

The good thing about this Forum is the Moderators won't put up with no nonsense and that will stop those blowin troublemakers messing things up like they did the last Forum.
No nosense Policy? - sheesh , I nearly got banned the other day for trying to help someone out , but he got offended.
I really gotta learn to choose my words more carefully.

I'll be doing Races 7,8,9 at Shep tonight.

Usually after a few losses say the tab account was sitting on $97 I'll have a bet of $20 loss, a bet of $27 loss, then I'll wack the last $50 on something. Instead of reading the signs it's not my day and either bet smaller or when the account is getting smaller protect the bank as you say via betting smaller. Or any other tips change the betting option to flexi trifectas or first 4's, instead of win and place bets ?

You pick good SpringJoker.
You shouldn't be losing - EVER!!

You know how I bet.
2 bucks
5 bucks
and the biggest maybe 20 bucks.

I have 2 Grand.
You know how many losers in a row I need to have before I even get close to messing up my Bank to the stage where my nerves are shot to bits?
Where I throw it all away and bet berserk.
Or bet my last on a special and hoping GOD will give me one more chance to get back my losses.

It will never get to that stage SpringJoker.
Because My Bank is so much higher than My Betting Units.

If you gonna bet $20 and $40 SpringJoker, then your Bank has to be at least 20 times that amount - AT LEAST!!
Then you won't find your head getting messed up - maybe.

Do you find betting with say $5 a Race not worth the bother SpringJoker?
Don't you get pleasure from betting apart from when you Win Money?

Yeah watched it finished fourth wasn't a bad run in that field for a reserve.

Pretty ordinary I thought.
I remember it won a Race one night as a Reserve and paid $34 a Win.
I think Darren had $5 or $10 on it just for fun - as you would.

That's a question without notice.

Funny you mention, but I do participate on a US horse racing forum, the recent triple crown meetings are some of the best wagering opportunities to be had anywhere around the world.
