Wesmip1, thanks for your efforts anyway, you must be exhausted!! I've been using the plan I outlined for a number of years with aslightly different criteria as I only bet (big time) in Perth, but I guess I was looking for re-assurance.

Hi all,

I've been reading with interest regarding this 100 points idea, and have been playing around with combinations of neural settings to combine with the 100 points on Unitab. I seem to get a high place strike rate.

I know its very hard to win at place betting, but does anyone have a good place staking plan. A plan wherein bets can be put on early in the day, without being at your computer for every race.

Hope I'm not too late to come in on this thread. Great work so far.

Are you able to run a query for the following:
- 100 pointer last start but beaten
- Returning within 10 days
- This race within +/- 200m of last race

Therefore the runner may not necessarily be a 100 pointer this start.

I was thinking it might be a good Lay bet if one bets against them if the odds are nice & short.e.g $3.50 & less

I'm hoping for a 20%SR & less & a massive loss.

I only have prices for winners and place getters so I can't run it .. I intend to grab all the prices but I am just too busy at the moment with our first child expecting.

I am running other programs too that are chewing my bandwidth at the moment but hopefully soon I will grab all the prices and all the radio tips, specials and late mail.

The reason I was keeping every horses price was due to me not always being around during the day to watch the prices and put on bets and also because it use to be hard to get fixed price and the tab price (especially for places) changes dramtically even 10secs from the jump.

Sorry but I might have the data in a few weeks if I get time.
