Speed Gifted couldn't win the Cup if he started now. Got smashed yesterday and funnily enough so did Lodge the Deeds the second horse in the Metrop.

Just shows you how quickly things can change. When I started this comp just a few weeks ago, I rated Speed Gifted clearly ahead of the rest because it was favourite for the Caulfield Cup and 2nd favourite for the Melbourne Cup. But look what happened. They decided not to run at Caulfield, went to the less suitable Cox Plate instead, then it ran a shocker and now it's not going to be in the Melbourne Cup at all.

Efficient? The only worry it has is carrying me in this comp! I could stop a train at the moment lol. I hope I haven't killed its chances...
