Absolutely a4brianp,

Ive been keeping an eye on your tips for last couple of weeks and unlike a lot of other tips on here yours normally offer some good value. I back your tips here and there and fortunately ive got on a few of the right ones.

I enjoy your posts, keep up the good work!!

giggsy 5th December 2004 06:48 PM

Please don't stop Brian! You've been a great judge as you have also been unlucky with a couple at odds as well. I'm happy to keep backing your tips. Keep up the good work.

cheers

sportznut 8th December 2004 06:38 AM

Going well Brian. :)

What did the other one pay? Perhaps an all-up could have been good. That's what I was thinking of doing, but I forgot.

sportznut 8th December 2004 06:49 AM

Oh, I just checked. They paid $1.10 and $4.50 up here. You're right. Not a huge ask to tip a $1.10 shot, but $4.50 is certainly good. :)

I have been doing this system for the best part of 20 years, but really only upgraded since i learnt to use a computer and a friend made me a program which has made it much easier.
The system is very simple really only involves horses that have won a trial at a registered club and have run better than 2.4 mile rate, i then give them 3 starts or a month to win.
The biggest problem i have is accessing trial results as only 2 clubs actually send me them Bendigo and Kilmore do other clubs such as Geelong and Ballarat refuse to also Cranbourne who do at least have a website as does Marybourgh.
The current run is probably a result of tightening up qualifying conditions on my system just hope it keeps going.
thanks i will have a beer.
cheers

a4brianp 10th December 2004 06:14 AM

Dont usually tip or bet at city venues but just going to point out a couple of horses that are in tonight.
2/1 sam equity big winner at first start looks very good

5/3Zaneden looks a topliner in the making

Warragul
3/5 Goodtime albert should win
4/10 Riversdale geelong trial winner in fair time may improve here.
6/1 Moonrider Marybourgh trial winner in good time nice draw
6/2 Another seymour watch on this horse as horse with similair name won trial at geelong in very fast time think its same horse.
