Fairly rare for me nowadays and I am a truly pathetic gambler.I can generally select a fair strike rate of winners and have tipped a lot of upsets.I have a fairly good strike rate in the dogs over here on average (see markos cannington greyhound tips in gambling forum)but It's not on what you bet on but how you bet on it which is where I fail to find a system probably due to my extreme lack of discipline,patience,common sense or plain stupidity who knows.

My Lopez bet was a bit of an insurance bet and I didn't really lose anything as I had a Federer/Roddick double on as well.

I could do the same sort of thing with Williams. I'm the opposite of you. I can't stand Venus or Serena either, but that's exactly the reason why I might bet on Venus Williams tonight.
