No it frustrates me to pick right bet $5 and only win $4.
And yeah I really hate losing.

At the end of the day though if you bet $5 instead of having a $50 bet, that's 10 losing bets you would risk instead of one. So it really makes sense. Well until I increase the account to a level where I can bet a larger %.

Well I'm prepared to try something different I'll put a couple of hundred in the tab account and bet in $5 amounts and see what happens.

It ran up to it's recent times around Cranbourne. Funny thing is the tier3 race went quicker than the FFA lol

Which races are you punting or doing markets at Shepparton tonight mo ?

No.
Don't bet $5 on Odds On shots to Win.
Instead of putting say $50 a Win on it to win say $40 try to boost the dividend by taking Exotics.

Try and sort the Field out for the placings.
Even an Exact or a Quinella with a $1.80 shot often pays about $6 or so.
So if you got it for a $5 Unit, that would return $25 Profit.
And if it loses , oh well , you lost 5 bucks , big deal.

The only part that might ******** you off is if the Odds On wins and your other selection fails , you gonna say , "I shoulda put fifty on it!!!" :(

YOU SEE!!
You notice stuff like that.
I wouldn't even think about that sort of thing.

I can't believe you are losing.
Hey SpringJoker.
You bet on all sorts of stuff.
If you just could notice your greyhound betting results Only , do you think you would still be down?

I'm doing Shep 7,8,9.

moeee 13th June 2011 07:10 PM

SHEPPARTON Race 7

4 TRUE HOUSE $3.1
2 PARKER BALE $4.3
8 COME ON MAESTRO $6.4
7 ZIEBELL $12
1 QUEEN EUPHORIA $14
3 TIP RAT $15
6 CELEBRATION $20
5 VELVET SKY $25

Was thinking of something similar of taking exotics with the fav with either second or third fav to win with three greyhounds to finish second and a few to run third. For example race 5 @ launceston

1,4 to win
1,3,4,7 to run second
1,3,4,7,8 to finish third
Gives you a 27.77% for $5

You could even do something similar with first fours and have a saver of a couple of dollars on the quinella. I'm focussed moeee to make it work this time around with you to guide me how can we lose!!!

moeee 13th June 2011 07:20 PM

Why couldn't you just put the $5 on the Quinella 1 and 4?
Are they both dogs Even Money shots?

springjoker 13th June 2011 07:23 PM

Like you moeee I don't keep results stats to see where I'm winning on certain bets. I have an outstanding tennis punting record. But yeah I bet on greyhounds, harness, horses, sports. But if I can make those punting dollars last longer I'm all for it. And chatting to you tonight I've found a way where I can get that punting buzz for a longer lasting dollar.

springjoker 13th June 2011 07:26 PM

One will probably start $2.00 the four maybe $2.80 - $3.30
Quinella currently showing $3.10
