Couple Today

ABLE HERO GOULBURN R7 No.1 (1400m)
Last time at Goulburn he hung in down the straight, finished third and beaten 1.5 len. Down in class but is up in weight though.... don't think the price will be anything special - maybe 3's

BELLA ARENA CANTERBURY R5 No.2 (1100m)
Is resuming and not impressive fresh, but does come to hand quickly - hope they have put the work into her. Has O'Hara and 2kg claim at 15's looks nice eachway proposition - although would like to have had a run under her belt

CHUNKY BELLA CANTERBURY R5 No.14 (1100m) AND CHUNKY BELLA GOULBURN R3 No.2 (1200m)
At time of typing, not sure which one she has accepted for (not yet scratched on QTAB). Very consistent proposition does run well fresh would be confident if she runs at Goulburn, but obviously sacraficing some value. But she is a specky... And I have Bella Arena in the same race if she goes to Canterbury.....

HANDSOME LAWYER BENDIGO R1 No.2 (1500m)
Was never on the track last start at Ballarat when was deservedly $113's. still finished second to Mregub (backwards Bugerm(e)... which it did!), but a head... won't be anything like 110's.... maybe 5's

Good Luck

Liecanace

Two runs from a spell have been very good. Raced wide in both & hit the line very well, plenty of merit. Seems to have a turn of foot, & only lightly raced. Might be good enough to win in town but now wants longer than 1200m.

HANDSOME LAWYER SEYMOUR R2 No.2 (1600m)
Ran 4th last start behind UTILITY (albeit a fair distance behind !) after 2nd when 112-1...... Nothing like Utility in this...... Will give this a shake (love that saying! - Take note Punta - bit of racing Lingo ! :D )

SEANOFEAR TOWNSVILLE R2 No.1 (1000m)
Just beaten last start by less than a length.... IMHO pay to follow

Yep backed La Bella Mer - so was happy.

Hav a small look at today - just under the pump, really have to give this work thing up ! - Got our Annual golf trip starting tomorrow and goes over the weekend, so save pennies until Derby day. Play early (EARLY) morning round Saturday and then the "boys" are into the tote! Monday AND Tuesday off....... Wednesday i won't know myself.... :D

Nadeem

Expensive Redoute's Choice Colt (aren't they all !?) trained by David Hayes. Ran 4th beaten by I Got Chills in debut by 7 lengths (who didn't) and then won on Emeriates Stakes Day by 3 legnths.

Once he learns a thing or too about racing will be (IMHO) a very good race horse - hence one for the black book and follow long term.

SAFWA WARWICKFARM R3 No.6
Won trial Start of October when taken to the outside of the leading pack and lengthened quickly, down to the post under restraint from her jockey Brent Stanley. Then in debut at Newcastle beaten 5th by 1 length when Lee was on board - importantly L Cassidy take the ride this time. In an open race looks like we should get some value for her today.

SEANOFEAR TOWNSVILLE R1 No.2
Ran at Townsvile two starts ago (14-10) and ran well just beaten at nice odds. Then Lost rider again at Townsville on 27-10, when short fav in small field. Has Stanley on board - in small field today and so again "probably" no value, but maybe go straight-out exacta with field, just to generate some value - not sure we can get value from this race, so might watch with interest.

Good Luck People.......

crash 11th November 2005 08:16 AM

SAFWA is $5PP [WA. Tabonline]
RUM CRUISE at $11PP just might be a better bet, depending on prices.

BEAUTIFUL SALLY CANTERBURY R6 No.6 (1250m) 8.30 pm

Has won 2 on end from spell. Has won 3 of 6 so seems to be in form over the 1200. Has barrier 10 which will not hurt her chances and does have Penza who is in good form at the moment. Also it is her first time in town.

(Obvious) Main Dangers are
(3) Bye Bye Bella - nice win first up, maybe looking for a tad further though. Has Beasley onboard and is in the 5.
(1) Really Flying - loves the good ground and had been racing well in town, back after 3 mths, might need the run and poor strike rate (which can change here).
(2) Blazing Lady - Nice win last start after servicable effort here 2 starts back.

Others to consider:
(9) Strategic Answer
(8) Diamonds N Fuhrs

Probably go:
* Tri 6-1,2,3,8,9-1,2,3,9,8 for a slab (100%)
* f4 6-1,2,3,8,9-1,2,3,9,8-F for a slab (12.5%)

MRS SPUDLEY PORTLINCOLN R5 No.7 (1250m)
Does like the track and distance, is racing better at the weights than last couple of runs. They all have to beat the top three horse, the 3 will be very hard to beat, so MRS SPUDLEY may represent some value 1x3

MARKET MAESTRO WERRIBEE R5 No.2 (1600m)
Won for us last time with little trouble, stepping up to the mile, where he is yet to place, but has experience on his side now. No reason he can't win again (I see Brendan Tupper has gone the 3 to beat 2, so maybe a good quinella) 1x2
