Doing well & bred in the purple! Moloney is from a well-known racing family. He is the son of Caulfield trainer Gerard Moloney & grandson of Jim Moloney, who trained the great sprinter Vain.

kiwiz 16th June 2013 08:38 AM

Wasn't aware of that RJ,,thanks for the info

grizzle 19th June 2013 12:49 PM

No news re Hay One but Hay List is back in work, ran 2nd in a recent Randwick trial

kiwiz 28th July 2013 07:21 AM

Apparently Hay List grossly overweight coming back so would improve immensely from the trial

5th in a trial last week but back to racing weight

Sands 10th August 2013 11:07 PM

Hay List scratched from the Missile Stakes today (wet track)
Should see him in the Concorde Stakes

grizzle 16th August 2013 03:20 PM

Do like Stronghold in the last at Ipswich today ;)

Lord Greystoke 16th August 2013 03:40 PM

Looks like a late scratching so somebody else doesn't?

LG

hope he does well but I have my doubts given his history of injury

Sands 20th August 2013 10:11 AM

Doubt they would race him unless all seems ok condition wise

Hay List's half-brother, Sound Of The Ocean resumed last week
Didn't do anything but it was a heavy track

Did nothing today at Kilmore albeit another heavy track. 7 starts now slow / heavy, placed once. Conditioning runs I'm guessing.

Big test tomorrow
Quoted around 6/1
Nice odds if he is anywhere near his best

MyHatMyCoat 7th September 2013 01:29 PM

Let's hope he pulls up ok regardless how he goes.

Sands 14th September 2013 11:02 PM

Trainer very pleased with Hay List's first up effort. Group 2 The Shorts likely next race.

As per stewards report "Hay List could not be fully tested over the concluding stages"
So good run for 5th, as it was.

Do you think they can get Hay List back to his best?

Sands 18th September 2013 08:13 AM

Doubt it but more than happy to eat humble pie

From barrier 12 should get a better go at them (in the Shorts)

Wouldn't be surprised if they call it quits. Hay List very average today.

Rogan Josh 27th September 2013 06:23 AM

Another run for Hay List. Does well, campaign will continue. Otherwise, will be retired.

jake 29th September 2013 11:24 AM

..big decision..calling it quits on one bad run

JB1 2nd October 2013 10:39 PM

Drawn barrier 14 in the Premiere Stakes on Saturday so won't get any favours
They're also making a couple of gear changes

Sands 4th October 2013 10:33 AM

Pinwheel has to be a good chance in the Premiere Stakes

Rogan Josh 4th October 2013 11:26 AM

Ditto Arinosa
