Good for 20+ outs

Its amazing how many of these short payers fall over for what ever reason.

Target all runners priced 4.00-8.00

Must have been unplaced at both of their last 2 starts e,g, 56 08 64 ect
No resumers.
But resuming in between runs OK e.g. 5x4

Lay Bet them at .8% of bank level stakes.
Good for 20+ outs.
