I just figured at the $60 - $80 the TAB was offering, he was better value than the other runners.

Thanks for sharing Svenvlad. In hindsight 2 starts for 2 wins, was worth a look and did win well at the Gold Coast on new year’s day. Not sure why Snitzel was so short, obviously looked a winning chance pre race but I know a number of good judges that like you, grabbed the overs (created by Snitzel’s market dominance) for other runners and in particular Bradbury’s Luck who did win well at Randwick (with the addition of blinkers) in race record time, prior to this race.
