In the finals, if someone doesn't post any tips, then obviously their opponent has to go through. So even though Reded didn't manage to score any points today, he advances to the grand final.

I feel really bad for Rabbitz who misses out despite scoring 25 points in his semi final. Sorry about that, mate.

The first tiebreaker if we need one is who had the highest placed finish. Mav got a 2nd and you got a 3rd, so he would have still gone through. And I would have felt even more sorry for you!

I think I'm going to look at making a few minor rule changes for next year to make sure things are always completely fair to everyone no matter what happens.

As it turned out, the major problem yesterday was that I'll Get There didn't tip. If he had, he'd have probably managed to score some points and get the win. As it is, Reded's the lucky one to go through.

My bets have been worse :) ,,can't believe i'm still alive ..hopefully i have my one good day tomorrow ..,,how hard is the feature !!

Okay, well, it's come down to this. Both tipsters have one bet left.

At the moment, it's Reded 92 v Mav 51.

Mav has Mr Hornblower in race 7 at Doomben. He probably has to win for Mav to have a chance. A place won't be enough. If Mr Hornblower wins, Reded still has Charter Boat in the last race, but at the odds he's showing, it probably won't be enough for Reded to come back and regain the lead.

So it's all down to Mr Hornblower.
