Sticking with Spider Strikes to back up & win again Chrome Prince. Would make it 4 wins in row, interesting to see how the grey goes.

Yes Paddy,

Could fail of course, but ran a very fast final sectional last start, so had to risk it.

And the Spider Strikes again! Liked the way he finished the race off.

Chrome Prince 18th July 2004 07:53 AM

Yep, and had a dip at $3.10 too.
Was backed in from around $4.00.
That final sectional time stood up well Paddy, hope you were onboard.

Certainly was Chrome Prince  many a winner, in form & backing up within 7 days.

Selections for Wednesday:

Just the one possibility...

PR 5 #3 MYTHALO

Paddy 21st July 2004 06:50 AM

Doesn’t look that well weighted (compared to a couple of other horses MYTHALO has recently met) IMO, but well drawn & does have the services of Stephen Miller. Happy to be proven wrong Chrome Prince.

Chrome Prince 21st July 2004 11:52 AM

There's certainly a few dangers in the race, most prominently the two topweights, who are very consistent in their few starts Open Class. Mythalo has won two of the last four starts in pretty good time.

Mythalo is certainly not home for all money, but is a good eachway chance and was only beaten 2L last start, I'd think I'd get a decent price given the others "look" better on paper.

Just seen #2 Arctic Park is scratched, perhaps the price won't be so hot
