Okay, the deadline has passed for this week. Apologies to anyone who's missed out. Not a very high scoring week this one anyway, so you'll still have every chance to catch up. And of course, you'll still get any points that your stable stars or trainer picks up today.

Please remember that deadline in future of 7:30 Saturday morning. I have the lists up each week on Thursday afternoon, so try to come on and post tips as early as possible to avoid missing out.

Just noticed that you chose Cats Whisker again after you'd already chosen it as one of your 3 "stable stars". Sorry mate, but unfortunately, that's a wasted pick as you don't get any extra points for that. You simply get the double points for having her as one of your stable stars. You can't get triple points.

So everyone make sure they keep a list of the 3 horses they chose earlier as their stable stars, because you have to remember not to choose them again when they race.

okay sportz..could you expand a little more please..to make it clearer for me (& others)..hypothetical example..cats whisker wins & (best case scenario) i pick the runner-up..how better off would i be? ..cheers

The points for all 3 races today are:

1st = 8 points
2nd = 4 points
3rd = 2 points
4th = 1 point

winning trainer = 4 points
winning jockey = 2 points

And of course, your stable stars get double points, so if Cats Whisker wins today, that's 16 points. So if you had the runner up as well, you'd get 20 points.

But I must repeat something that I mentioned earlier. You don't have to pick a horse in each race. You can pick 2 or 3 horses in the same race if you want. I picked 2 horses in one race today.
