Had a small EW wager on Tumeric Paddy, but only because he is a WA horse, was such good odds and can run well fresh.

I did ignore his first-up run (on a bog track) but to be honest stepping up in distance so quickly, I thought he was really in the race for the run.

I've already backed him EW in both Cups at very nice odds, and with Freedman in control he is not without a genuine chance.

I've since had a little EW on Tumeric (both Cups) as well - NSWTAB Fixed Odds.

On a different note, what do ya think about this little posting from another thread??

Paddy, hadn't seen your posting when I wrote that, and was actually talking/joking (in reply) about PPM systems being formed around known results. But if you backed em (the big'uns)... good on ya!
