Great figures Wes. It is the long-priced winners that make the difference. Backing shorties, no matter how well-credentialled they appear to be and how impressive the strike rates are, still results in a long term loss. Your strike rate is very good. I think having a reasonable strike rate is important from a psychological point of view. Long dry spells are demoralising - not saying anything that nobody doesn't know here though.

I haven't checked yesterdays results as I was playing poker.

Remember I have only just started blackbooking horses and these might be poor quality tips. I would be happy to take Irish Mate or Kosta Diamond at long odds in the race but I think Irish Mate probably has it over Kosta Diamond based on form.

I was happy to see my balckbook bet get up. There won't be many that I put up as I only have 19 horses in the blackbook and I rate them as per their last race and the competiton they are facing next race. The other blackbook horse I had racing today was Good Luck. I didn't think it had a chance of winning but thought it might make a placing (see post a few posts back) and it came third.

Anyway lets hope we have some wins tommorrow again.

It should be remembered this is level staking. There is no money management in the results. If money management was used there is a better chance of having a far greater POT.
