Thank you for your reply.
Tawqeet was just the beginning as I got Uber at 33-1 in Sydney in the last and then a tip fro m a mate in SA of Swift Valley paying 75-1. I notice your tips today and agreed but Caulfield was at odds today with nothing coming from the back of the field untill the last two which gave me place in both. Caulifield wasn't runnning true today and that may have been because of over racing on the track. Would like your thoughts. Cheers Dave. |

Very open race! My main focus, last year's runner-up CLASSIC KARLA ;)
|
Mixed Dozen & Mameluke are worth betting on,its only a matter of if they get the distance,i think they can.

TOOWOOMBA CUP
From the 1 alley Jason Taylor should give Milady Clang every chance. She's my top pick.

Toowoomba Cup
Rail: True Weather: Overcast Track Rating: Good
If Adavale Hornet can repeat his run this track 2 starts back he will win this. However is drawn a bit wider & there looks to be a bit more speed in this race. Classic Karla ran 2nd this race last year on a slow track. All the better for the 3 runs since a spell & has the services of top hoop Jimmy Byrne. King Latarmiss has raced without much luck lately & could do very well with the right run. Super Friend is my bolter. Not beaten far by Adavale Hornet 2 starts back. Should be well suited if the pace is hot. |
Toowoomba Cup
Rail: True Weather: Fine Track Rating: Good
Scr: 8 King Latarmiss (ld 6.55 27/10) Sub Rue The Saint (for King Latarmiss) failed in this race last year but wasn't suited the slow. Winner this track & distance & put the writing on the wall with a strong finishing 2nd behind My Chinese King over 1800 at the Farm last start. |
