Has had 5 starts following a long spell so should be right fitness wise, meets My Pass better at the weights and the small field should suit. Main danger (4) AIKO and would also include (multiples) (3) MY PASS and (2) STAR OF TELESTO.

i know many on the forum consider that barriers make no difference.
in my opinion and stress my opinion wild target was beaten yesterday by the barrier. in a small field the front runner beyond dispute claimed the inside and hartleys dream who also drew inside wild target was the challenger.

barrier 7 although not considered to be a wide barrier was too wide in this case.

Agree Wild Target should have won topys99, I had it rated a clear top pick. Just a bit too much ground to make up on the other two over the last 50. Also had a saver on Beyond Dispute (which I rated 3rd just behind the eventual winner). Did managed the multiples but much better result had either Wild Target or Beyond Dispute won.

i actually backed hartleys dream and beyond dispute because they were drawn inside. wild target deserved to win and was a tremendous race.
less than half a head in the first 3.

will be very surprised if they race at Belmont tomorrow.....the rain in spain has been falling in buckets at Belmont..

Well if they do race let's hope we can get off to a good start!
