FANTASY RACING AUTUMN COMP
 

Okay guys, it's time to sign on for the Autumn Fantasy Racing comp. I'll be starting it up at the end of the month, but the way I'm going to do it this time, I really need to find out how many people are going to be in it nice and early. So please post here if you want to be involved.

Just having a look at the schedule and I'm thinking of extending the competition about a month longer and including the Brisbane winter carnival as well. With Easter being later this year, and the major Adelaide races earlier, it makes sense to go a bit longer and then we can include ALL of the major races in 4 states in one comp. It just means the comp will take 4 months instead of 3.

I'm going to start up the competition next Monday, and then we'll have just over a week to get our stable entries in. 16 people so far have said they want to have a go. Preferably, I'd like somewhere around 20-25.

Mate, The dead hand of censorship combined with "in-yer-face" aggressive marketing have killed this forum. I'm surprised that there are sixteen people still around the place.

ive got two ppl here at work that said they will have a go but they arn't on the website, can they be involved to and ill just send their stables and changes to you sportz?

I don't know about that. I mean, it's really a competition for members of this forum. Couldn't they at least become a member of the forum? They wouldn't have to post regularly or anything.

They do know there's no actual prizes involved, don't they? :)

Sportz, I'm interest but what is this Fantasy Tipping.. can you elaborate more for my convenience, and sorry if I am too demanding....

You pick a stable of horses that race for you and collect prizemoney throughout the Autumn/Winter carnivals. The person whose stable earns the most prizemoney is the winner. But you can't just pick any horses you want. There will be a price on each horse depending on their ability and you're only allowed to spend a certain amount, so you have to choose your horses wisely. And you can make some changes to your stable each month.

ill see if i can get them to join, they just want to do it for fun and they know there isnt any prizes, not off the forum anyway ;) if they dont join and you want a couple more ppl then its up to you.

neither have computers at home, i was just going to print off the lists that sportz posts up and we were gunna have a little comp for $50 between us. it doesnt matter to me, sportz just said he wanted more ppl.

all you need is their email addresses and you can sign up on their behalf...
