I have started a new thread with a better name for our weekly games.

Game tonight at 9pm AEST Daylight Savings Time.

Please confirm before Sunday night so that I can change the definition of the table to suit the number of players.

Just finished for the night ... Played 2 games and the results are below :

Another fun night for those involved. There was an AA beaten by a 66 and a JJ beaten by a K9.

We might need to change the night to get more people coming along.... Any suggestions....

how about a monthly thing with a bigger entry fee and prize money
maybe a $10 entry fee and divide prize money into 1st, 2nd, 3rd or even winner take all

I am happy either way. But i thought it was just a bit of fun with the free money we all got for signing up.

Didn't know there was a 2nd game last night-Would have hung around for revenge after my JJ got called pre flop by K5 and won.

it was K9 and they were suited and i was chip leader
saw a great chance to eliminate and went in for kill
i got lucky and hit the flop

I kindof agree with Punta. We're only getting 4 or 5 a week to the fun one. We'd probably get the same for $10. $10 per month is still fun.

Can someone else create a private table and post the info here. Whoever creates the private table needs to be there tonight though to start the game.

I am happy to start a private table for a game tonight but i have absoluetly no idea how to!

Have tried for 5 minutes and finally given up. If someone else knows how to do it on Royal Vegas Poker then i am happy to play or happy to join there private table.

Real Deal,

You do the following.

Go to lobby - Click Menu - Manage Private Tables.

Sometimes it doesn't show up. I don't know why. Try sitting at a table and then going back to the lobby and doing it again (whilst still sitting at a table)

From there it should be self explanatory.

We were playing at royalvegaspoker.com. They'll credit your account with a free $10 just for signing up. I guess it's to try it out etc.

I think so, i only played there a couple of times in our weekly comp (all two weeks of it, LOL). Never been back since.

I play at PartyPoker under stix1771... it is a good site

Hi all you happy punters,
I'm not sure if this is relevant to this thread but I was wondering if there is a regular game going in one of the Yahoo 7 games rooms.
There are many choices from beginner to advanced to just social stuff.
The good thing about establishing one if it doesn't already exist would be that it was Aussie folks and also there would be a tie in with the Forum members. We could really know how bad we are!
I would be interested to hear from anyone in organizing this.
