your a brave man Chuck.
Primus looks a different horse this prep...packed on a stack of muscle and i think they arent going to stretch him over the longer distance...i think up to a mile is perfect for him,,and i think hes thrived with the different training regime..Mnemosyne i thought was very flat last start but your right she always improves 2nd up...
I thought Patezza another that could improve and if the swoopers are figuring he likes the conditions..
Primus does look scary though,,

Joe does look hard to beat aswell..His last run him and Activation sprinted together and Joe left him behind...then Activation wins very impressively last week,,,,
I think Zipping deserves equal fav though..this track will suit and his sectionals are very good ..
Jurys out with Rose,,,i like you saw her run last start and she never broke a sweat...was behind a wall of horses and did look fulll of running....just not sure yet shes up to the hard slog up this long straight in the bog...

Good Luck Chuck ,,i'm they'll erect a statue in your honour inside the betfair halll of fame if your right :)

One of two aint bad Chuck....Primus does look a different horse this prep....
Our Smoking Joe seemed flat but you really wouldnt want him to wound up yet as the cups are still awhile away..
Zipping was good again...Serenade Rose i'm not sure of yet,... i still think theres a good race around for her but maybe the cups at this stage are out of her reach...

Damn fine filly - good teeth - but probably needs a spell.

I'd be interested in seeing at what odds you consider each horse is a lay.

Because on my understanding of racing and wagering, and how I make money, each of your lays has the chance of not being a lay, but a good bet.

Eg you might want to lay one of your horses at $3.00, where it must win 33% of the time to break even, but that same horse might NOT be a lay but a good bet at $5.00 where it only has to win 20% of the time to break even.

racing to win is a big lay for mine, i'd take $3.00 and under, very confident

i don't think it is a real miler - it only just got there in the doncaster with a feather weight and a dream run, and now is at WFA and 7 kgs more, facing some quality horses and should not be odds on. All the other horses have done well over the mile. o'shea couldn't split him and primus and hes a big risk

cateclipse i'd probably lay at $3.50 and under, didn't beat much last start, raced 4 times at the distance for no wins, and 6 times at the distance for 1 win, meets my pick the rising safwa who looks promising.
