Jockey must have strike rate of 1 in 6 or better.

Within 2.5 lengths of winner last start.

minimum of 4 starts in this preparation.age 3 4 5 year olds.

ran 1 2 or3 last start.1000-1600 within 2 lenghts.1600-2000 within 3 lenghts.

.......Must have
the lettter `R` in it`s name.

Though many at a pubtab could easily fit the "no mind" state, they are rarely profitable.

I think the USA president may also be operating on the "no mind" principal.
