4th or 5th LS with all 3 starts before that 1,2 or 3.No spells allowed.

NO horse with more than 29 starts

No horse with a 8 % or less win %

If 2 selections in a race Quinella them otherwise Win only

Never gave this a fair trial myself.

Here's an old one that makes millions.

Target any race with the word "Handicap" in its header race description.

Target all runners that ran 3rd or 4th Last start.

No resumers.

Bet .5% of bank on all qualifiers.

Good for 200 bets.

Divide bank by 200 at the beginning of each new day to get O/L per race for that day.

Handicap races are known for high priced horses getting up to win.
We don't need that many successes to get up to get back any losses.

Might try to twig the original a bit.

5th Run in from a spell

4th or 5th LS within 14 days within 2 L of the winner.

1,2 or 3 for the 3 runs in before the 4th or 5th placing

Age 4 or 5 YO

No 3 kg apprentices

Weight today 55 kg +

API < $7,001 - S/R 17.5% +217 units POT 26.5%

Forget Adelaide and Melbourne and add another 31 units......+248 units from 524 races (19.65% S/R av div around $7).
