HARD TO GET lightly raced 3YO gelding, who was beaten fav at Caulfield last start over 2400M. Not beaten far & SA form prior was sound.

LORD ERIN faces a big drop in class on last start when well beaten. Capable on his day & should handle distance OK.

Hi all

How easy we forget that bellton won the race last year.

Take note of horses that have run well in the previous years in the same race. Irrespective of form.

Surprises do happen? Are they really surprises.

Worth a risk when big odds eg.

Stand by me
Irwin stakes previous years just beaten 4th 2 years earlier paid $95 win
etc.
