I think you have spotted the "Holy Grail" here, added to a "never b4 used form factor", this could really be it, we'd better think up an appropriate name though......, what about, Phenomenal Perenial Magic, we could just shorten it to PPM, whadya reckon????

WIN WITH HAY CHEE LETS WIN WIN WIN WIN |
I have worked out that the caulfield cup winner fo the last 40 years has an average of 8.75 letters in its name, now since there is no such thing as .75 of a letter I have rounded up to 9 letters.
In this years field there are four horses with nine letters in their names ELVSTROEM ROMAN ARCH DESERT WAR UPSETTHYM I dont think Roman arch can win,Upsetthym really wants the two miles. So that leaves ELVSTROEM and DESERT WAR Why do hours of form when it is this easy Cheers  _________________ [ This Message was edited by: rabbitz on 2004-10-14 14:09 ] |
I read that the last VRC Derby winner (Elvestroem) to back up the next year and win the Caulfield Cup was in the 1920's, and that no Epsom winner (Desert War) has won. I hope those 2 can read.

Danehill has never sired a CC winner or MC winner....so can Elvis break the drought ?

Hello
Following on from my recent post where I hypothesised that the caulfield cup winner had on average over the past 40 years 9 letters in its name and Elvstroem duly won,I decided to do the same for Melbourne cup and the average for the last 40 years is 9.09 letters rounded down equals 9 letters So looking at the current market and taking ELVSTROM out because he is not running we are left with VINNIE ROE PENTASTIC UPSETTHYM Pentastic has been a bit lacklustre but does like Flemington VINNIE ROE is a class act but will only run if the track is not too firm UPSETTHYM didnt inspire much confidence in the Caulfield cup sowe are left with VINNIE ROE (if he runs) Cheers  [ This Message was edited by: rabbitz on 2004-10-18 13:04 ] |
