not much of a 'dog man' but is it ok if I bet $100 on Weetbix?

if so..

$100 - Weetbix (11.00) = $1100

sportznut 16th December 2004 05:16 PM

Well, not really, but we'll take note of your tip anyway. :)

moeee 16th December 2004 05:55 PM

Yeah, I thought of getting it down to just the 4 dogs, but in the end I'm pretty happy with the way I've gone. You watch them all run last now.

moeee 16th December 2004 06:14 PM

Now look here Sportznut!
If you were as bad a tipster as you suggest, then you've either got a bottomless pit of money or never had any money in the first place.
I wish I had a reputation as being as popular as you.

sportznut 16th December 2004 06:24 PM

I'm just kidding around Mo. I'm reasonably confident of a few winners tonight.

I've had a GREAT day today. I discovered something new and I got a $26 winner, an $8 winner and a $52 winner in successive races. It was fantastic and I'd tell you how I did it, but if I mentioned it on here, those inviting dividends would quickly disappear.

sportznut 16th December 2004 08:22 PM

Well, certainly back to earth with a thud tonight.

sportznut 16th December 2004 09:36 PM

Tonight's results:

Moeee : $194.00
Dugga11 : $36.00
Sportznut : $16.00

Well done Mo. GREAT winner with Choda Boy. As for me, hmmmm, not good.

Hey watch you're head doesn't explode!
When I said you're popular,I didn't mean THAT popular!

Tell you what Rabbitz.
You wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes in paradise before eating one of those apples.
Be patient my friend.Knowing Sportznuts as I do,pretty soon the losers will make up for the winners.
Still remember the 7 out of 8 a couple of weeks ago.
When I read his post,it looked like advertisements I read all the time in Sportsman.

And by the way,Rabbitz, how about putting tips in the Thursday night comp?

Well Mo I ve been kind of busy around that time but I did like MALFOY in the Brisbane cup last night, paid $5.30 but its easy to tip the next morning isnt it
One thing Im gonna try tommorrow is if and when I get a winner I m going to put the winning ticket in my pocket, take out the original stake and put the rest on my next selection.Last week I had 4 winners in a row and just won on the day,had a lot of losers earlier,be brave and bet with the tabs money
as for the apples adam hadnt had much fun before eve came along so I probably wouldnt have lasted.
cheers
P.s Good to see youve un clogged the telephone connection

No, it hasn't actually got anything to do with me being popular Mo.

By the way, I don't really think I am all that popular anyway.

sportznut 17th December 2004 09:39 AM

Rabbitz and Mo,

I'm not bragging when I talk about those winners. They were actually bets that anyone could have made, but I really don't want to post on here how I did it. In any case, it probably won't last for very long before people wake up to it.
